The rooms were a bit cramped, but the friendliness of the staff made up for it heaps. Sweet location close to everything, but breakfast could use more variety.

We really enjoyed almost everything, had comfortable experience.

Clean hotel, services were excellent and location was good close to the attractions. Most of the staff were very very nice. They served lovely food for breakfast. Location: the venue was not far from the centre, sanctuary and Thai or Chinese restaurant. Plus, it was 5 minutes drive by car from Safa and Marwa Holy Mountains.

The room was spotless with an individual safe, central heating, and a work desk.

Visiting Lourdes to explore the local attractions was truly enjoyable. The highlight of my stay was the breakfast buffet, which offered a delicious assortment of options that exceeded my expectations. I also appreciated the spacious room with a great view of the town, making my visit even more memorable.

Excellent wine selection and reasonable pricing.

There was no air conditioning in the room, even with the option to open the window. The lack of jug or glasses for coffee or tea made our mornings a bit frustrating. While the reception staff were friendly, the overall atmosphere felt lacking without a proper cooling system .

The staff were cute and provided excellent service. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options, a highlight for me. I appreciated the hotel being pet-friendly, as I traveled with my dog. This was my second visit, which shows my satisfaction.

The room was on the small side. The lack of air conditioning made it a little warm at night.

Beau site is a good place with a beautifully decorated lobby. Especially mr sherif, were friendly and accommodating. It's ideally located close to dining options, and the overall ambiance was very pleasant.

The breakfast buffet was delicious, with freshly baked croissants and diverse options. My previous stay elsewhere didn't compare to the comfort and service here, which really stood out.

The room was clean and spacious with a great view of the town, which really added to the experience. But I did notice the lack of air conditioning made it a bit tough to sleep comfortably at night. There were basic toiletries provided, but nothing more. So it felt a little too simple for my liking.

The staff was helpful and attentive, the room was tidy with a comfy bed, and there were smoke detectors for safety; plenty of good food available for meals.

The staff were super cute. Breakfast was really tasty with a decent variety. Our only issue was the single plug in our room. It was a bit tricky with all our gadgets. But overall, a fab spot close to everything!
